All transactions are subject to verification for safety and security purposes. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of the order. We also accept cashier's and personal checks; however, all checks must clear before a product ships. We do not accept credit cards from accounts based outside the US or Canada. Refund/return/exchange policy.
Cravinghealthonline offers a 30-day exchange policy on all defective or damaged products. Claims for defective or damaged products must be made within 30 days of receipt, and must have an EMA (Exchange Materials Authorization) number assigned. Please use our Contact Us email link to request an EMA number. We will replace the defective product and refund your postage/shipment costs in full. All sales are final, and cravinghealthonline does not offer refunds or returns on undamaged goods.
